POSITION SUMMARY
RP Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is currently seeking board-certified or board-eligible General/Emergency Radiologists for flexible, remote 1099 opportunities. This position offers the freedom to work from home in a noncommittal, shift-based role. We are very flexible with our shift scheduling and have no minimum work-volume thresholds.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible work model: Choose from full shifts (8-9 hours) or short shifts (4 hours). No minimum RVUs/work units are required. Choose your own shifts when it works best for you
- Competitive compensation rates based on daytime, evening, or overnight shift times
- Malpractice coverage provided, including tail coverage
- Florida license required
- Diverse case mix: Includes outpatient, ER, and inpatient reads

RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida’s Gulf Coast. We provide expertise across all major radiology subspecialties, offering both on-site and remote reading services, along with a variety of procedural cases. Requirements
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and be residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
- Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of Florida
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $500,000 - $1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
