At RRIA, we pair advanced case volume and academic mentorship with the day-to-day realities of community practice - so you’ll learn how to thrive clinically, professionally, and personally.
RRIA is a physician-led, Ohio-based practice within LucidHealth, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing radiology networks. LucidHealth includes 300+ radiologists reading more than 4.6 million studies annually across 130+ care sites nationwide.
Within Ohio, RRIA provides services to 30 hospitals and more than 80 care sites, interpreting over 2.2 million exams per year with a team of 130+ radiologists. We provide cutting-edge infrastructure, but it’s our local governance, peer-led leadership, and collaborative culture that truly set us apart.
Program Highlights
- 1-Year Fellowship/Attending Hybrid
- ~80% clinical work, ~20% dedicated learning
- Schedule: 3 days on-site clinical, 1 day academic, 1-day mentored proctoring
- No night shifts; limited weekend responsibilities - Hands-On Education

- 700+ hours of advanced case-based, microlearning, and simulation training - Fast-Track to Partnership
- Eligible for partnership after just 1.5 years
- Fellowship year counts as Year 1 toward partnership - Financial Benefits

- Competitive salary—well above the national average for fellowship positions
- 7 weeks of vacation, with an additional 4 weeks post-program
